Sampling & receiving
We inspect, weigh and sample all packages and material received to ensure no tampering. This is recorded and communicated back to the client.

X-ray fluorescence, fire assay or ICP analysis, ensuring an accurate result for your metals.

For all new clients, payment is made once analysis is completed. We can provide advancements to existing clients who have reached an agreement with us.

Aqua regia refining and electro-refining to achieve the international standard of 999.9+ gold and 999.5+ silver.

Bar casting
Cast precious metal bars to international standards and purities. These bars are then processed into bullion bars.

Turnaround & settlement
What to expect once your lot arrives.
Business days, if not less — scrap, nuggets, alluvial
Jewellery scrap, nuggets and alluvial gold are processed and paid out within five business days, if not earlier.
Business days — lemel, sweeps, polishings
Low-grade material takes longer to sample and recover; allow seven to ten business days.
Paid in funds or in metal
Settle in funds, take refined bullion back, or ask us about having your own metal returned.
